The project proposes a way of living between nature and culture, moving beyond the traditional divide between humans and non-humans. Architecture becomes a place of coexistence, immersed in the landscape and attentive to its living context.
The design of the homes is based on preserving existing resources and on a demanding environmental approach: concrete walls and timber floors, a limited footprint, and a constant search for controlled carbon impact and constructive frugality.
The terraced-house layout encourages conviviality and neighbourly relations while avoiding urban sprawl. Each home engages in dialogue both with the group and with the wider landscape, contributing to a calm, human-scale urbanity.
Mobility and access are designed frugally, favouring walking and cycling and structuring the territory to support the emergence of local economic dynamics.
